Carl Schirtzinger is President of Zinger Property Group.  Mr. Schirtzinger started in Multifamily real estate in the mid 1990’s, His experience has grown from owning and managing small properties in the western Chicago suburbs into a mid‐sized company that has owned and managed over 4,000 units with up to 50 employees in multiple states. Using his engineering background as the catalyst, Mr. Schirtzinger has put in place a professional team that uses state‐of‐the‐art technology to manage and monitor every aspect of Zinger’s business. Carl has also worked with industry leading technology providers to design and pilot new systems and technologies specific to the multifamily industry. Carl received his engineering education from Phoenix College and Illinois Institute of Technology.

Laurie Carmona has been with Zinger Property Group for 18 years is the director of accounting and human resources.  She is manager of the corporate staff and is involved in acquisition management. Prior to her joining ZPG, she was a senior manager for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, and her duties there were focused on finance and operations for the Logistic group. Before that, she was employed as a senior manager of inventory at Playboy.  Laurie holds a BA from Northern Illinois University, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Dan Hove is our Senior Construction Project Manager heading up our capital improvement and renovation projects.  Dan has been with Zinger Property Group over 8 years and has been in various aspects of construction and general contracting over the last 35 years.  Dan also brings experience and talent to our self storage management platform.
